Size Guide
Resilient Factor pieces are designed with a relaxed athletic fit — structured through the shoulders and body, easy to wear daily, never sloppy.
If you're between sizes or unsure, email support@resilientfactor.com with your height, weight, usual size, and preferred fit. We'll help you choose before you order.
Fit Categories
Closer fit — Size down one. Cleaner through the body, less drape. Best if you don't usually wear oversized clothing.
Relaxed fit (intended) — Your normal size. The Resilient Factor standard. Roomy through the chest and shoulders, drape through the body, finishes at the hip.
Oversized fit — Size up one. More length, more drape, stronger streetwear silhouette.
Heavy oversized fit — Size up two. Maximum room. Best for layering or an exaggerated silhouette.
Heavyweight Series Hoodies
420 GSM heavyweight fleece. Boxy oversized fit with dropped shoulders. Double-layer one-piece hood with no drawcord. Ribbed cuffs and hem.
Stay true to size for the intended boxy oversized silhouette. Size down for a cleaner fit. Size up for a more exaggerated oversized look.
Note: Heavyweight runs boxier and slightly shorter through the body than Training Division hoodies. If you wear a size L in Training Division, stay L in Heavyweight — the fit will feel wider through the chest and a touch shorter at the hem.

How to Measure Yourself
Chest: Wrap a soft tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, with the tape parallel to the floor.
Body length: Measure from the highest point of your shoulder straight down to where you want the garment to end.
Sleeve length: Measure from the center of the back of your neck, across your shoulder, down the outside of your arm to your wrist.
Compare your body measurements to the garment measurements above. The garment width should exceed your chest measurement by 4–6 inches for the intended relaxed fit, 6–8 inches for an oversized fit.
