Shipping, Returns & Exchange Guidelines

Shipping

Most Resilient Factor pieces are made-to-order or produced in limited runs. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on carrier and destination.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and make it right.

Sizing Responsibility

Because many items are made-to-order or produced in limited quantities, we may not be able to accept returns for sizing preference. Please review the Size Guide before ordering. If you are between sizes or unsure, message us with your height, weight, usual size, and preferred fit before placing your order.

Exchanges

When available, exchanges are limited to the same item in a different size or color. Availability depends on inventory and production status.

Final Sale / Limited Drops

Limited releases, marked-down items, and made-to-order pieces may be final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
